Welcome to Gravity Attracts.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Gravity Attracts’ official website, social media platforms and other official sales channels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
Gravity Attracts offers menswear, including T-shirts, shirts and other clothing and related products.
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, prints, sizes and descriptions accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, individual screen settings and production variations. Minor colour differences of this nature are not considered product defects.
Please review any available size guide and product measurements before placing your order. Fit may vary depending on the design, fabric and style of the garment.
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their selected products, sizes, quantities, name, contact number and delivery address are correct when placing an order.
Gravity Attracts reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where:
If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Adding an item to a cart, sending an inquiry or expressing interest does not reserve the item unless the order has been confirmed through our ordering process.
All prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be charged at the price agreed when the order was confirmed. If a genuine pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with any revised price.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated separately before order confirmation.
Gravity Attracts reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical or technical errors.

Payment options may vary depending on the order, delivery location or sales channel.
For bank transfers or other advance payments, orders may only be processed after payment has been verified.
Customers are responsible for using the correct payment details officially provided by Gravity Attracts.
Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers must provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive and pay for their order.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, providing false information or intentionally failing to accept confirmed deliveries may result in restrictions on COD for future orders.
We aim to deliver orders within an estimated 2–4 working days, unless a different timeframe is communicated when ordering.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address or order details may not be possible.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number.
If delivery fails because of incorrect information supplied by the customer, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to accept the parcel, additional courier charges may apply for redelivery.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to the Gravity Attracts Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers may request an eligible exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided all applicable conditions are satisfied.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags, labels and packaging intact. Items showing stains, perfume, deodorant marks or signs of wear may not be accepted.
Exchanges for another size, colour, design or product are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for exchange courier charges unless the exchange is required due to an error by Gravity Attracts.
Sale, clearance, promotional and specially discounted items are final sale, except where received damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue before arranging an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete conditions and refund processing details.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact Gravity Attracts as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before an order has been processed or dispatched. Changes to products, sizes or quantities are subject to availability.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
Promotional offers, discount codes and special campaigns may have specific conditions and validity periods.

Gravity Attracts may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not change the agreed price of an already confirmed order.
Please follow the washing and care instructions supplied with each garment.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, alterations or handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Original content associated with Gravity Attracts including brand names, logos, original artwork, clothing designs, prints, patterns, product photography, graphics, packaging designs, written content and promotional materials is owned by or licensed to Gravity Attracts, unless otherwise stated.
Such material may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission from Gravity Attracts.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with its artwork, print or design.
Information provided through our website and official social media platforms is intended for general product and purchasing purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. Gravity Attracts reserves the right to correct or update information where necessary.
If a correction materially affects a confirmed order, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
Personal information provided when placing an order will be used as necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange deliveries and provide customer service.
Relevant order and delivery information may be shared with payment providers and courier partners as needed to complete these services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gravity Attracts will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Return & Exchange Policy excludes or restricts any customer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Gravity Attracts may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our products, services, business operations or applicable requirements.
The latest version published through our official website or sales platform will apply to orders placed after that version takes effect. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an already confirmed order.
